Qwary Review
What is Qwary?
Qwary is an AI-powered platform that helps you capture feedback and measure NPS, CSAT, and CES with beautifully designed, professional surveys.

The team behind Qwary
Qwary was founded by two Gujarat University alumni, Vishal Rana and Manoj Rana, in Herndon, Virginia. The founders of Qwary wanted to provide insights into business and products while helping customers stay engaged.
What makes Qwary Stand out?
Qwary is a product that offers the best of all worlds.
It’s got a simple, user-friendly interface that makes it easy to create and deploy your own surveys. It also has a white label option so that you can brand your survey as your own. It’s got an advanced branching logic feature that lets you create incredibly complex questions with multiple steps and multiple answers that lead to different outcomes. You can even disqualify respondents who answer incorrectly!
And if you want to leverage social media, Qwary has you covered there too. You can use the platform to create Facebook surveys or send out video surveys with just one click. And if you want to ask NPS/CSAT/CES questions, Qwary has excellent reporting tools that let you analyze response data and discover what makes your customers happy (and what doesn’t).

Notable Qwary Features
–Translation API: Translate your surveys into any language!
–Sentiment analysis: Understand what people think about your brand right away.
–Video surveys: Engage customers in real-time with video surveys!
–Facebook surveys: Reach out to your audience on Facebook with robust questionnaires!
–NPS/CSAT/CES surveys: Measure your customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement all at once!
–Multilingual surveys: Create multilingual surveys in minutes!
–Advanced branching and conditional logic: Get granular data from your customers quickly by adding branching logic to your survey questions. Disqualify respondents as well if needed.
–QR code surveys: Create links for customers who want to answer the survey on their mobile devices

Drawbacks for Using Qwary
Qwary is a great product, but it has some drawbacks that you should consider before using it.
First, the integration is very limited, and it requires Zapier to work with CRM systems like Salesforce. This can be a hassle for small businesses that don’t have the resources to use Zapier. We hope Qwary builds more native integrations with other CRM systems and ESPs (email service providers) soon.
Another issue: I spent a lot of time trying to get video surveys working correctly—but some people still couldn’t use them because of bugs in their browsers or computers.
The last thing I’ll mention is that when you create questions in your survey and add images or links in the description section, they don’t show up correctly on some screens—they’re just blank spaces. There are also some limitations around URL customization and integrating custom landing pages into your surveys. These issues can all be solved by using Webhooks instead of integrating directly with Zapier or another automation tool like Integromat or Pabbly Connect.
Pricing – How much is it to use Qwary?
Qwary offers three different pricing plans: the Essential plan ($29 per month), the Professional plan ($79 per month), and the Ultimate plan ($109 per month).
Each plan has a different level of features—for instance, if you’re just getting started with Qwary, you can get by with their Essentials plan; if you’re a more established business looking for more advanced features like custom CSS styling options, white-label, or integrations with third-party software like Facebook and Google, then upgrading to a Professional or Ultimate plan might be right for you!

In addition to their monthly subscription fees, Qwary offers custom plans depending on the size of your business and 30% discount for startups, students, and nonprofits.

Why I chose Qwary
I’ve been using Qwary for about a year now, and it’s definitely the best platform for form-building out there. I’ve tried Paperform, Typeform, Formaloo, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Marquiz, Jotform, QuestionScout, and Feedier—and Qwary blows them all away.
Many of these tools are either too expensive or don’t offer the flexibility and functionality that I need in order to run my business. Qwary provides a huge range of features at an affordable price point while also being easy to use and customizable.
The app is intuitive and easy to navigate (which is essential when you’re running multiple surveys at once). It also comes with plenty of templates that can be customized with your brand colors or logos. Qwary integrates seamlessly with Zapier, which means that you can connect it with other apps like Mailchimp or Salesforce, so there’s no need for multiple logins or passwords!
I’ve used both Paperform and Typeform in the past but found their interfaces clunky and outdated compared to what’s available today through Qwary (which has been one of my favorite parts about using them).
